J R COWAN Mfg. warrants that our COWAN CHUCK is
free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only
to the original purchaser. This warranty is voided by damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, abuse, lack of care
or maintenance, negligence or accidents, as determined by J R COWAN Mfg. inspection team. In no event shall we be held liable
for death, injuries to persons or properties, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from
the use of our COWAN CHUCK. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.
Returned COWAN CHUCKS, with defect explanation including name and address,
must be sent with transportation prepaid to: J R COWAN Mfg., 23613 Dunsmore Lane, Santa Clarita, CA 91354-2410. If our inspection
team agrees that the part is defective and covered by our warranty, J R COWAN Mfg. will replace the COWAN CHUCK and its associated
postage at our expense, but if our inspection team determines that there is no defect, or that the cause of the defect was
outside of the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the Cowan Chuck.
